Why this exists

Stripe sends events in the wrong order, retries fail quietly, and one late "payment failed" email can overwrite a live plan. Most small teams only find out when a customer complains. Big analytics tools cost a lot and focus on charts, not on finding the exact customers and invoices that are wrong.

What the scan finds

1. Unpaid and overdue invoicesOpen invoices past their due date, with customer, amount and age.

2. Failed subscription paymentsRenewals that failed and are still unpaid, and how many retries are left.

3. Overlapping subscriptionsCustomers with more than one active plan at the same time, with the billing periods and amounts side by side, so you can see if it is a real double charge.

4. Cards expiring soonCustomers with a card that expires in the next 30 days. Card payment methods only.

The report is a list you can act on today, with a link to each record in your Stripe dashboard. A check for customers who are cancelled in Stripe but may still have access in your own app needs a link to your app, so it comes later.

Security and privacy

What it reads: subscriptions, invoices, customers and card expiry dates. Nothing else.
What it cannot do: a restricted read-only key cannot charge, refund, cancel or change anything. Stripe never gives out full card numbers.
Where you enter the key: only on the secure scan page I send after your order. Never email me a key and never paste one in a form on this page.
What is kept: I will tell you exactly what is stored and for how long before your first scan. The plan is to discard the key and raw data once your report is made.

Questions

Is it safe to give a Stripe key?

You create a restricted key with read permission only, and you can delete it right after the scan. It cannot move money or change plans. Check the Security and privacy section above.

Do you store my data?

Not decided in final form yet, and I will not promise what is not built. Before your first scan I will send you exactly what is stored and for how long.

Will it tell me who still has access in my app?

Not in the first version. It shows what Stripe says (cancelled, unpaid, past due) so you can check your own app. A direct check needs a link to your app and comes later.

Does it fix problems for me?

No. It finds them and tells you what to do. You stay in control of your account.

When will it launch?

Early access buyers get it first. I will email the date and share progress.

Is this financial or legal advice?

No. It is a checking tool. Results depend on what is in your Stripe account.
